In this sixth class, we focus on the respiratory system—your breath, your life force, and one of the first places trauma often shows up. Maybe you’ve noticed it: the tight chest, the shallow breathing, or the feeling like you just can’t get a full breath. This is your body’s way of holding on, protecting, surviving.

Together, we’ll gently explore how trauma impacts your breathing and what you can do to support your lungs, your energy, and your overall sense of calm.

We’ll talk about:
