This seventh session focuses on your body’s structure—your muscles, bones, and joints. After trauma, many people experience chronic tightness, body aches, or a sense of heaviness. These are signs that your body has been holding on, trying to protect you.

In this class, we’ll gently explore how trauma can get stored in the body and how movement, awareness, and care can help ease that tension. You’ll be guided through simple ways to support your body’s natural ability to release, reset, and feel more at ease.

We’ll cover:

🦴 Ways to support your muscles and joints through gentle release
