🕒 1 hour – Metabolic Healing & Energy Restoration Session
In this tenth session, we focus on your body’s metabolism—how it creates and sustains energy. After trauma, your system can slow down or go into overdrive, showing up as fatigue, weight changes, or a lack of motivation. This session is an invitation to listen to your body’s signals and gently support it in finding balance again.
Together, we’ll explore how stress affects your energy, how to work with your body (not against it), and ways to nourish yourself without pressure or shame.
