In this fifth session, we focus on the immune system—your body’s natural defense and healing force. After trauma, many people notice they get sick more often, feel run down, or deal with mysterious symptoms that never quite resolve. That’s because trauma and stress can quietly wear down your immunity.
This session is about understanding how your immune system responds to what you’ve been through—and how you can begin to support it with care and intention.
