A Class by Karen Robinson (MSW, ACSW, LCSW, CCTP-II)
About Class
🕒 1 hour – Gut Healing & Digestive Restoration Session
In this fourth session, we focus on the gut—the center of digestion, immunity, and a surprising amount of emotional well-being. When you’ve experienced trauma, your digestive system often holds the impact. You might feel bloated, sensitive to certain foods, or notice cycles of discomfort that don’t seem to make sense.
This class is about tuning into what your gut is trying to tell you. We’ll talk about how stress and trauma can disrupt digestion and how to begin supporting your body so it feels safe to digest and heal.
We’ll explore:
🌿 How trauma shows up in your digestion
🌿 The gut-brain connection and how to calm it
🌿 Simple ways to support gut health naturally
🌿 How to listen to and trust your body’s signals
💛 Join us and give yourself permission to prioritize yourself. Your body is wise—it just needs space, support, and safety to return to balance.
