🕒 1 hour – Hormonal Healing Session

In this third session, we focus on the endocrine system—the network of glands that regulate hormones and deeply influence how we feel, function, and heal. Trauma doesn’t just shift how we think or feel in the moment—it can disrupt the hormonal balance that governs sleep, energy, digestion, mood, and immunity.

If you’ve felt constantly tired, wired at night, overwhelmed by stress, or emotionally reactive, your endocrine system may be trying to signal that it’s out of sync. This class helps you understand what’s happening and how to gently support your body back into balance.

We’ll explore:

🌿 How chronic stress and trauma affect the adrenal glands, thyroid, and hormone cycles

🌿 The connection between trauma, burnout, and hormone imbalances like cortisol dysregulation

🌿 Simple, soothing ways to begin rebalancing your hormones and calming your internal environment

🌿 Practices to invite rest, restoration, and internal safety

This session is about creating space for your body’s natural intelligence to return. You don’t have to “fix” anything—just notice, understand, and support. Through awareness and grounding practices, you’ll begin rebuilding trust in your body’s rhythms.
