A Class by Karen Robinson (MSW, ACSW, LCSW, CCTP-II)
About Class
๐ 1 hour โ Addiction Healing & Reclaiming Inner Control Session
In this eleventh session, we hold space for the tender and often misunderstood topic of addiction. Whether itโs to substances, food, technology, or patterns in relationships, addiction is often a response to painโa way the body and mind have tried to find safety, comfort, or control.
This session is a space for honesty, care, and deep listening. No shame. No blame. Just a chance to begin understanding the unmet needs beneath the surface, and to gently offer your body and heart new ways to feel supported.
Weโll explore:
๐ฟ How stress and trauma shape addictive behaviors
๐ฟ The connection between nervous system dysregulation and craving
๐ฟ Simple practices for grounding, soothing, and reconnecting
๐ฟ What it means to heal without pressure or punishment
๐ Join us and give yourself permission to prioritize yourself. Healing begins when we meet ourselves with compassion.
