A Class by Karen Robinson (MSW, ACSW, LCSW, CCTP-II)

About Class

๐Ÿ•’ 1 hour โ€“ Addiction Healing & Reclaiming Inner Control Session

In this eleventh session, we hold space for the tender and often misunderstood topic of addiction. Whether itโ€™s to substances, food, technology, or patterns in relationships, addiction is often a response to painโ€”a way the body and mind have tried to find safety, comfort, or control.

This session is a space for honesty, care, and deep listening. No shame. No blame. Just a chance to begin understanding the unmet needs beneath the surface, and to gently offer your body and heart new ways to feel supported.

Weโ€™ll explore:

๐ŸŒฟ How stress and trauma shape addictive behaviors

๐ŸŒฟ The connection between nervous system dysregulation and craving

๐ŸŒฟ Simple practices for grounding, soothing, and reconnecting

๐ŸŒฟ What it means to heal without pressure or punishment

๐Ÿ’› Join us and give yourself permission to prioritize yourself. Healing begins when we meet ourselves with compassion.
